Role & responsibilities

- Perform structural analysis and design of RCC and steel structures as per IS codes and relevant standards.

- Prepare design calculations, structural schemes, and technical design reports.

- Develop and review structural drawings in coordination with the drafting team.

- Provide design inputs, revisions, and clarifications to site and execution teams.

- Ensure compliance with statutory norms, safety standards, and quality requirements.

- Coordinate with architects, MEP consultants, and project managers for integrated design solutions.

- Review shop drawings, bar bending schedules (BBS), and fabrication drawings.

- Support tendering, BOQ preparation, and estimation with structural inputs.

- Handle design revisions due to site conditions or client changes.





- Conduct design checks and peer reviews for accuracy and optimization.

- Assist in resolving site-related technical issues and provide structural solutions.

- Maintain proper design documentation, records, and version control.

- Support structural audits and inspections, if required.

- Guide and mentor junior engineers and trainees.
