Job Title: Junior Creative Designer (Graphics & Video Editing)

nAbout the Role:

nWe are looking for a talented Junior Designer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate should have robust skills in video editing, high-quality graphics creation, and a deep understanding of design trends. You will be responsible for producing engaging visual content for social media, ads, and other digital platforms.

nKey Responsibilities:

nCreate high-quality graphics, videos, and motion graphics for social media, websites, and marketing campaigns.

n

nEdit and enhance videos using professional video editing software (Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, etc.).

n

nDesign visually appealing content using Photoshop, Canva, and other graphic design tools.

n

nUtilize AI tools (e.g., Midjourney, Runway, Adobe Firefly) to enhance design workflows and creativity.

n

nStay updated with the latest design trends, and social media specs.

n

nWork closely with the marketing and social media teams to ensure visually appealing and brand-consistent content.

n

nOptimize videos and graphics for different platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).

n





nExperiment with new tools and techniques to improve the quality and impact of designs.

n

nRequirements:

n1-2 years of experience in graphic design and video editing.

n

nProficiency in industry software like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, Canva, and After Effects.

n

nFamiliarity with AI-powered design tools and ability to adapt to new technologies.

n

nStrong knowledge of current market trends, social media best practices, and platform algorithms.

n

nA creative mindset with attention to detail and a passion for visual storytelling.

n

nAbility to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines.

n

nAble to visualise and articulate concepts and designs.

n

nExperience in motion graphics and animation is a plus.
