We are looking for enthusiastic and hardworking Civil Engineering Freshers to join our construction project teams. The selected candidates will work under the guidance of experienced engineers and gain practical exposure to site execution, quality control, measurements, planning, and construction activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist Site Engineers in day-to-day construction activities.
- Monitor site work as per approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, workers, and site teams.
- Assist in checking measurements, quantities, and material requirements.
- Support execution of civil works including RCC, masonry, plastering, flooring, finishing, and other construction activities.
- Assist in maintaining daily site reports, work progress records, and measurements.
- Ensure proper utilization and handling of construction materials.
- Support quality and safety procedures at the project site.
- Read and understand basic civil/structural drawings.
- Coordinate with senior engineers for timely completion of assigned activities.
- Maintain proper site discipline and follow company policies.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of civil construction and site activities.
- Basic understanding of AutoCAD and construction drawings is an advantage.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Willingness to learn and work at construction project sites.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Good problem-solving and time-management skills.
Eligibility
- Diploma in Civil Engineering
