Junior Consultant

Upstegy Consulting is a business strategy and advisory firm working with growing businesses on strategy, operations, marketing, people and systems. We work closely with business owners to understand problems, develop practical solutions and support execution.

About the Role

We are looking for a Junior Consultant to support our consulting engagements across different industries.

You will work on real business problems and be involved in research, analysis, strategy development, documentation and client assignments.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct market, competitor and business research
- Analyse business data and prepare insights
- Support development of business plans, strategies and action plans
- Prepare presentations, reports, SOPs and other client deliverables
- Assist in client meetings and consulting assignments




- Track project activities and follow up on action items
- Work with the team on marketing, operations, HR and business improvement projects

What We’re Looking For
- Graduate in Business, Commerce, Management or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Good command of English
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint and Google Workspace and AI productivity tools.
- Ability to research, organise information and present it clearly
- Good attention to detail
- Willingness to learn and take responsibility for assigned work
