Lancor Concepts is an architecture and construction firm focused on creating thoughtful, functional, and aesthetically refined spaces. We work across residential architecture, interior design, renovation, and construction, with an emphasis on design quality and practical execution. We are looking for a Junior Architect who is passionate about architecture, eager to learn, and willing to take responsibility throughout the design and execution process.

Location Requirement Candidates residing within approximately 10–15 km of our office in Kottakkal, Malappuram are preferred. The candidate should be comfortable commuting to the office regularly and travelling to project sites when required. Candidates from nearby locations who can reliably commute to the office may also be considered.

Job Responsibilities:

As a Junior Architect, you will work closely with the senior architect and project team and will be involved in various stages of projects, including:

- Preparing architectural plans, elevations, sections, and detailed drawings.
- Developing 2D drawings and architectural layouts using AutoCAD.
- Preparing 3D models and presentations using SketchUp or similar software.
- Assisting in concept development and design presentations.
- Preparing working drawings and construction details.
- Assisting with material selection, finishes, and interior design development.
- Preparing drawing revisions based on client and project requirements.
- Coordinating architectural drawings with structural, electrical, plumbing, and other consultants.
- Visiting project sites and understanding in office construction progress.
- Taking site measurements and preparing drawings based on actual site conditions.
- Coordinating with contractors, vendors,



and site teams when required.
- Identifying drawing/site discrepancies and communicating them to the senior team.
- Maintaining proper documentation and organized project files.
- Supporting the team in preparing BOQs, material requirements, and other project-related documents when required.
- Participating in client meetings and presentations when required.
- Following projects from the design stage through execution and gaining practical knowledge of construction.
- Taking ownership of assigned tasks and completing them within agreed timelines.

Requirements

- B.Arch / Diploma in Architecture / relevant architectural qualification. 0–1 year of professional experience.
- Freshers with strong technical and design skills are encouraged to apply.
- Good working knowledge of AutoCAD is essential.
- Knowledge of SketchUp is preferred. Knowledge of Revit, Lumion, D5, Enscape, Photoshop, or other visualization software will be an advantage.
- Good understanding of basic architectural design and construction.
- Ability to read and understand architectural and construction drawings.

What You Will Learn This role will provide hands-on exposure to: Architecture → Design → 2D Drawings → 3D Visualization → Working Drawings → Client Coordination → Site Execution → Construction

You will have the prospect to work on real residential and interior projects and develop practical knowledge beyond academic architecture.

Salary

Salary: ₹8,000 – ₹12,000 per month, depending on skills and experience.
