Walter Cuminns Shipping Services is looking for a Junior Accounts Executive to join our finance and accounts team in Kochi.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist with day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.
- Record purchase, sales, receipt and payment transactions.
- Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare invoices, vouchers and supporting documents.
- Assist with bank and ledger reconciliations.
- Maintain accurate accounting records and documentation.
- Assist in preparing financial reports and statements.
- Support GST and TDS-related accounting activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams, clients and vendors for accounts-related requirements.
- Perform other finance and accounting tasks assigned by the management.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting,



Finance or a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in accounting.
- Freshers with relevant qualifications may also apply.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
- Knowledge of Tally and MS Excel.
- Basic understanding of GST and TDS.
- Good attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication skills.
