Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Junior Accountant to support the Finance & Accounts team in day-to-day accounting activities, documentation, reconciliations, and financial record maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

- Record daily accounting transactions in the accounting software.
- Handle purchase and sales invoices, receipts, payments, and journal entries.
- Assist in maintaining cash book, bank book, ledger and other accounting records.
- Perform bank and ledger reconciliations.
- Verify invoices, bills, vouchers, and supporting documents.
- Assist with accounts payable and receivable activities.
- Maintain proper filing of invoices, vouchers, and financial documents.
- Assist in preparing GST-related data, reports and documentation.
- Assist in TDS, PF, ESI and other statutory accounting-related activities.
- Follow up on outstanding receivables and payables when required.
- Assist the senior accountant in monthly closing and preparation of reports.
- Coordinate with HR, purchase, sales, stores,



and other departments for accounting-related matters.
- Ensure accuracy and timely updating of financial records.
- Perform other accounting and administrative duties assigned by the Accounts Manager / Senior Accountant.

Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel.
- Knowledge of Tally / Tally Prime or other accounting software is preferred.
- Basic understanding of GST and statutory compliance.
- Good numerical and analytical skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of financial information.
- Willingness to learn and take responsibility.

Preferred Candidate
- B.Com / M.Com graduate.
- 0–2 years of experience in accounting.
- Freshers with good accounting knowledge may also apply.
- Candidates with practical knowledge of Tally and Excel will be preferred.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
