About the Role

We are looking for a sincere, responsible and detail-oriented Junior Accounts Assistant to support our accounts team with day-to-day accounting, GST-related documentation, data entry and general accounts activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.
- Maintain invoices, bills, vouchers and other financial documents.
- Assist with purchase and sales entries.
- Handle basic data entry and maintain accounts-related records.
- Assist in ledger maintenance and bank reconciliation.
- Maintain proper documentation of financial transactions.
- Support the senior accounts team in routine accounting work.
- Work on MS Excel and Tally/Tally Prime for basic accounting tasks.




- Coordinate with other departments for bills, invoices and required documents.

Candidate Requirements
- Fresher to 1 year of experience in Accounts/Finance.
- B.Com or Graduation in any discipline preferred.
- Basic knowledge of Tally/Tally Prime, MS Excel and accounting entries.
- Basic understanding of invoices, vouchers, ledger and bookkeeping.
- Positive numerical and analytical skills.
- Sincere, responsible and willing to learn.
- Candidates looking for a long-term association with the company will be preferred.

Salary ₹10,000 – ₹12,000 per month, depending on skills and experience.
