Job Summary:

Vedam Restaurant is looking for an experienced and skilled Juice Master with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in restaurants, hotels, cafés, or juice bars. The candidate should have strong knowledge of preparing fresh juices, milkshakes, smoothies, mocktails, and other beverages with consistent taste, quality, and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare fresh fruit juices, shakes, smoothies, mocktails, and other beverages as per the menu.
- Ensure excellent taste, quality, freshness, and attractive presentation.
- Select, clean, cut, and store fruits and other beverage ingredients properly.
- Operate and maintain juicers, blenders, mixers, refrigerators, and other equipment.




- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the juice counter, utensils, and equipment.
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
- Monitor beverage stock and inform the supervisor about shortages.
- Minimize wastage through proper portion control and storage.
- Handle customer requests professionally and efficiently.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and service team for timely order preparation.

Requirements: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, positive knowledge of beverages, strong hygiene practices, good teamwork, and the ability to work efficiently during busy hours. Immediate joiners preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
