JUNIOR ACCOUNTANT

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Junior Accountant to support our Finance & Accounts team. The candidate will be responsible for day-to-day accounting activities, maintaining financial records, assisting with reconciliations, invoicing, and supporting statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally/ERP/software.
- Record purchase, sales, receipts, payments, and journal entries.
- Prepare and maintain sales and purchase invoices.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable activities.
- Perform bank, ledger, and vendor/customer reconciliations.
- Maintain proper documentation of bills, vouchers, and supporting documents.
- Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance.
- Support the preparation of monthly reports and financial statements.
- Verify expenses, invoices, and payment-related documents.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal departments regarding account-related queries.




- Maintain accurate records and ensure timely updating of accounts.
- Assist senior accountants during monthly/year-end closing and audits.
- Perform other accounting and finance-related duties as assigned.

Required Skills
- Valuable knowledge of basic accounting principles.
- Working knowledge of Tally/ERP and MS Excel.
- Basic understanding of GST and TDS.
- Good numerical and analytical skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of financial information.

Qualification
- B.Com / M.Com / equivalent qualification.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred.
- Freshers with good accounting knowledge may also be considered.

Preferred Candidate Candidates with experience in manufacturing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, or trading companies will be preferred.

Pay: ₹18,500.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
