JOB VACANCY – MAINTENANCE ENGINEER

Position: Maintenance Engineer – Plant Maintenance For Forging Power Press & Plant Equipment

Micro Ring Industries is looking for an experienced Maintenance Engineer to handle maintenance of forging power presses and plant machinery.

Job Responsibilities

- Maintenance and troubleshooting of forging power press machines
- Preventive & breakdown maintenance of mechanical and hydraulic systems
- Maintenance of motors, gearboxes, bearings, pumps, cylinders and drives
- Identify and rectify machine breakdowns quickly
- Maintain hydraulic, pneumatic and lubrication systems
- Plan and execute preventive maintenance schedules
- Monitor machine condition and minimize downtime
- Maintain maintenance records, breakdown reports and spare-parts requirements




- Coordinate with production team for maintenance activities
- Ensure 5S and safety compliance in the maintenance area

Qualification
- Diploma / BE / B.Tech – Mechanical Engineering
- Experience in forging press / power press / industrial plant maintenance preferred

Experience 2–5 Years preferred

Shift

12-Hour Shift / Shift Duty

Location

Micro Ring Industries, Changodar, Ahmedabad, Gujarat
