Role Description This is a full time, on-site Jewellery Sales Executive role based in New Delhi.

The Jewellery Sales

Executive will welcome customers, understand their preferences, and guide them in selecting diamond solitaires and other jewellery pieces.

Responsibilities include showcasing products, explaining features and certifications, handling customer queries, and providing tailored recommendations. The role also involves managing billing and documentation, maintaining product displays, and supporting stock management.

Executive will contribute to achieving sales targets, building long-term customer relationships, and upholding brand standards in-store.

Qualifications

- Strong customer service and client relationship skills, with the ability to engage professionally and build trust.
- Sales and negotiation capabilities, including experience in retail or luxury product sales.
- Basic product knowledge of diamonds and jewellery (cuts, clarity, metal types) or willingness to learn quickly.
- Effective communication skills in English and local languages, with clear and confident presentation.
- Attention to detail, numerical accuracy for billing, and comfort with POS and basic computer applications.
- Ability to work on-site, including weekends and peak seasons, as part of a collaborative team.
- Prior experience in jewellery or luxury retail is an advantage.
- Minimum of a high school diploma; further education in business, retail, or a related field is beneficial.
