About the Role:

We are hiring across multiple levels within our Product Development – Export function, supporting our jewelry manufacturing business for international clients across the US and Europe. This function is central to translating client requirements into manufacturable designs, coordinating with CAD and production teams, and ensuring seamless execution and communication with overseas brand partners.

Key Responsibilities:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for international clients (US & Europe brands), managing communication via email and calls with strong command of English.
- Understand, interpret, and translate client requirements into actionable inputs for design and production teams.
- Coordinate closely with the CAD team to ensure design accuracy and timely turnaround (PDCO role additionally leads and manages the CAD team directly).




- Liaise with internal production teams to track order status, resolve bottlenecks, and ensure on-time execution of client orders.
- Manage end-to-end product development timelines, from client brief to final production handoff.
- Escalate and resolve client queries/concerns proactively, maintaining solid long-term client relationships.

Requirements:

- Prior experience in product development within jewelry manufacturing, specifically handling export clients preferably in the US and Europe markets.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, with confidence handling international clients over email and calls.
