Jewellery Design & Concept Development Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented professional to lead the development of jewellery design concepts, themes and product presentation ideas.

The role involves understanding jewellery trends, developing creative themes around jewellery collections, coordinating with design and production teams, and creating compelling concepts that help customers understand the inspiration, uniqueness and value of each jewellery design

Key Responsibilities

- Develop innovative jewellery design concepts and collection themes.
- Create stories and creative themes around jewellery designs for customer presentation and promotion.
- Study current jewellery trends, customer preferences and market concepts.
- Work closely with jewellery designers to convert creative ideas into practical design concepts.
- Develop concepts for festive collections, wedding jewellery, occasion-based collections and special campaigns.
- Prepare design concept presentations, mood boards and reference materials.
- Suggest suitable themes, colour combinations, motifs, gemstones and design directions for current collections.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to present jewellery concepts effectively to customers.
- Develop creative product descriptions and storytelling content for jewellery collections.
- Support promotional activities by providing creative concepts for catalogues, social media, exhibitions and customer presentations.
- Understand customer requirements and translate them into suitable jewellery concepts.
- Maintain awareness of competitor collections,



market trends and emerging jewellery design styles.
- Coordinate with production teams to understand the feasibility of proposed concepts.
- Maintain proper records of concepts, themes, references and collection ideas.

Educational Qualification
- Degree / Diploma in Jewellery Design, Fashion Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, Product Design or a related field.
- Candidates with relevant jewellery industry experience and strong creative ability may also be considered.

Required Skills
- Strong creative thinking and concept development skills.
- Good understanding of jewellery designs, motifs, gemstones and jewellery aesthetics.
- Ability to develop a complete theme or story around a jewellery collection.
- Good visualisation and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of current jewellery and fashion trends.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand customer preferences and translate them into creative concepts.
- Ability to work collaboratively with designers, production and sales teams.
- Basic knowledge of design/presentation software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva or similar tools is an advantage.
- Good documentation and presentation skills.
- Strong attention to detail.

Preferred Experience
- Experience in jewellery design, jewellery retail, jewellery manufacturing, fashion, luxury products or creative concept development will be an advantage.
- Freshers with a strong jewellery design portfolio and excellent creative skills may also be considered.

Pay: From ₹18,000.00 per month
