Role & responsibilities

- Teach JEE Foundation Mathematics for students of Classes 69, focusing on strong mathematical fundamentals and logical thinking.

- Build a strong foundation in Arithmetic, Algebra, Geometry, Mensuration, Number Systems, Ratios, Percentages and basic problem-solving.

- Develop students' logical reasoning, analytical thinking, numerical ability and mathematical aptitude.

- Introduce age-appropriate JEE-oriented mathematical concepts and problem-solving techniques.

- Teach students to solve MCQs, application-based problems and higher-order thinking questions.

- Prepare and conduct regular class tests, topic-wise tests, worksheets and MCQ examinations.

- Analyse students' performance and provide individual academic support wherever required.

- Identify learning gaps and conduct remedial and doubt-clearing sessions.

- Prepare lesson plans, study materials, question banks, worksheets and practice assignments.

- Encourage students to develop speed, accuracy and systematic problem-solving skills.

- Coordinate with academic coordinators and other subject teachers for effective curriculum delivery.

- Maintain student performance records and provide regular feedback to parents/academic coordinators.

Preferred candidate profile

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mathematics / Applied Mathematics / Statistics / Engineering or a relevant subject.

- B.Ed. / M.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification preferred.





- 15 years of teaching experience in Mathematics, JEE Foundation, CBSE/ICSE or competitive-exam-oriented teaching.

- Strong conceptual knowledge of Mathematics and problem-solving techniques.

- Experience teaching Classes 69 will be preferred.

- Experience in JEE Foundation / Olympiad / NTSE / Mathematics competitive-exam coaching will be an advantage.

- Excellent classroom management and student engagement skills.

- Ability to explain difficult mathematical concepts in a simple, clear and student-friendly manner.

- Strong communication and presentation skills.

- Ability to prepare MCQs, numerical problems, worksheets and competency-based questions.

- Willingness to conduct tests, doubt-clearing sessions and remedial classes.

- Passion for teaching and mentoring school students..
