Key Responsibilities 1. System Administration & Architecture Manage end-to-end

JDE CNC environments (installations, configurations, deployments) Design and maintain enterprise architecture across application, web, and database tiers Manage pathcodes, OCM mappings, and environment lifecycle 2. Infrastructure &

• Performance Management Monitor system performance, optimize infrastructure, and ensure high availability Perform performance tuning, capacity planning, and health checks Manage backup, recovery, and disaster recovery processes 3. Release &

• Change Management Execute package builds, ESU/ASU deployments, and tools releases Manage upgrades, migrations, and environment refreshes Control version management and deployment processes 4. Security &

• Compliance Implement and maintain user roles, security policies, and access controls Ensure compliance with enterprise security standards and audit readiness Monitor and remediate security risks 5.

Key Skills & Competencies Robust expertise in

JDE CNC Administration & Architecture Experience with

WebLogic, AIS, BSSV, Orchestrator Knowledge of

Linux/Windows/Unix environments and databases (Oracle/SQL Server) Strong troubleshooting, performance tuning, and root cause analysis skills

Qualifications & Experience Bachelor's degree in IT or related field 8–12+ years of JDE CNC experience Experience managing large-scale enterprise JDE environments

Good to Have Cloud experience (AWS/Azure for JDE hosting) DevOps, automation scripting experience Exposure to integration platforms (APIs, middleware)
