Key Responsibilities

nSolution Implementation & Configuration

n

- Lead the full JAGGAER implementation lifecycle for indirect procurement modules, including planning, configuration, testing, and deployment.
n
- Translate client business requirements into solution configurations that meet agreed scope, quality, and project timelines.
n
- Configure JAGGAER applications (e.g., approval workflows, user roles, sourcing templates, supplier portals) in line with best practices.
n

nRequirements Gathering & Client Engagement

n

n
- Lead and participate in on-site and remote requirement-gathering sessions, client workshops, and business process mapping.
n
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, building robust relationships with stakeholders across procurement, finance, and IT.
n
- Facilitate solution unit testing, integration testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
n

nDocumentation & Project Controls

n

n
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including configuration notes, process flows, test scripts, and training materials.
n
- Manage project controls including budget vs. actual for project hours, forecast accuracy, and revenue attainment.
n
- Identify, mitigate, and manage project risks, including scope challenges, software issues, and project delays.
n

nChange Management & Training

n

- Provide training and guidance to end-users and stakeholders to ensure adoption and effective utilization of the JAGGAER platform.
n
- Support change order discussions by identifying potential scope changes and communicating them via the change order process.
n
- Ensure a seamless transition from Implementation to Customer Support post-go-live.
n

nRequired Qualifications

nExperience & Knowledge

n

n
- 3+ years of business experience with at least 2+ years of demonstrated experience in application implementations.
n
- Deep understanding of indirect procurement processes , including eProcurement, sourcing, supplier management, and contract lifecycle management.
n
- Experience implementing SaaS software solutions or ERPs with systems integration is highly preferred.
n

nTechnical Skills

n

n
- Ability to write custom reports and produce documentation supporting configuration changes.
n
- Familiarity with integration concepts (Web Services, REST, SOAP, XML, SQL, and database management) is a plus.
n
- Proficient in MS Office Suite; experience with process modeling tools is desirable.
n

nSoft Skills & Languages

- Fluent in English (written and verbal).
n
- Strong project management, interpersonal, negotiation, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
n
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
