Overview The technician will handle wiring and assembly of CNC machine control panels. The role requires precision wiring, understanding of CNC control systems, and the ability to support installation and troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities

1. CNC Panel Wiring & Assembly

- Read and interpret CNC electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and control circuit layouts.
- Perform wiring for CNC control panels including:
- Servo drive units
- Spindle drives
- PLC modules
- I/O modules
- Power supplies
- Contactors, relays, MCBs, ELCBs
- Operator panels (HMI, MPG, switches, indicators)
- Route and terminate cables as per standards (ferruling, crimping, dressing).
- Ensure proper EMC/earthing layout for CNC systems.

2. Testing & Quality Checks

- Perform continuity testing, insulation resistance checks, and power testing.
- Verify signal wiring.
- Assist in dry-run testing before dispatch.

3. Field Service & Maintenance

- Attend service visits for CNC panel electrical issues.
- Diagnose wiring faults, connection issues, or drive-related errors.
- Replace damaged cables, connectors, or components if required.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Education:



ITI Electrician / Electronics / Electromechanic or equivalent.
- Experience: 0–5 years in CNC panel wiring or control panel assembly.
- Technical Skills:
- Knowledge of servo drives, VFDs, spindle drives, stepper motor, servo motors, etc
- Understanding of I/O wiring
- Familiarity with encoders, limit switches, sensors
- Proficiency in wiring tools & testing instruments
- Basic understanding of CNC control systems

Soft Skills

- Precision and attention to detail

- Ability to work independently or with engineers
- Willingness to travel for site work

Salary: 15000 to 18000 per month Job Types: Full-time, Permanent (office time 10am to 6.30 pm) & Week off : Sunday
