About The Role We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Senior IT Systems & Automation Administrator to join our energetic team. This role is pivotal in managing and modernizing our internal IT infrastructure while spearheading the development of AI agents and automation solutions to optimize internal business workflows.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of enterprise IT systems, with hands-on experience in scripting, security, and platform management. You will be responsible for strengthening our Microsoft ecosystem, ensuring endpoint security, and driving operational efficiencies through innovative automation initiatives. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work at the intersection of advanced AI technologies and enterprise IT, contributing directly to the digital transformation of our organization.

Qualifications The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5+ years of experience in IT systems or infrastructure administration,



demonstrating a strong technical foundation and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in managing Microsoft 365 applications, Entra ID (Azure AD), Intune, and Windows endpoint security is essential.

Experience scripting with Python for automation purposes is mandatory, along with a working knowledge of other programming languages. Candidates should possess excellent troubleshooting abilities, a self-driven attitude, and the capacity to quickly adapt to new tools and technologies. Strong communication skills and an ownership mindset are crucial for success in this role. Prior experience with AI automation platforms, such as Moveworks or ServiceNow, is advantageous but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and deploy AI agents using platforms like Claude and ChatGPT to automate and streamline internal business processes.
- Create API-based integrations between various internal business applications to enhance workflow automation.
- Administer and optimize Microsoft 365 applications, including Teams, Entra ID, SharePoint Online, and Exchange Online, ensuring high availability and security.
- Manage identity lifecycle, access controls, governance policies, and security protocols to safeguard organizational data and resources.
- Oversee device management through Microsoft Intune, ensuring compliance and security across all endpoints.
- Implement and maintain endpoint security solutions, including Microsoft Defender policies, threat response, and overall security posture management.
- Handle provisioning, configuration, patching,



and lifecycle management of Windows-based laptops and devices.
- Address software and hardware provisioning requests, troubleshoot IT issues, and ensure smooth operational workflows.
- Develop and maintain automation scripts using Python and other scripting tools to automate repetitive tasks and reporting workflows.
- Evaluate, implement, and manage AI tools and automation solutions to improve internal processes and operational efficiency.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation, IT asset tracking, and best practices for operational excellence.
- Assist with system monitoring, analytics, and generating insights to support strategic decision-making.
