Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused IT Support Engineer to Directors (L1) with strong technical expertise in macOS troubleshooting and support, along with hands-on experience with Apple devices such as MacBooks, iPhones, and iPads. The candidate should also possess good knowledge of networking, computer hardware, CCTV systems, and mobile technologies.

The primary responsibility of this role is to provide day-to-day technical support to Directors and their family members, ensuring the smooth functioning of IT devices and infrastructure at both office and residential locations. The ideal candidate should have excellent troubleshooting abilities, strong communication skills, and a service-oriented approach.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and other peripherals.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and operating system issues for Directors and their family members.
- Support and maintain Apple devices, including MacBooks, iPhones, iPads, and related applications.
- Diagnose and resolve network-related issues, including Wi-Fi, LAN, internet connectivity, and VPN access.
- Install, configure,



and maintain operating systems, business applications, and productivity tools.
- Perform routine system maintenance, software updates, backups, and security checks.
- Coordinate with internal IT teams and external vendors for issue resolution when required.
- Escalate complex technical issues to L2/L3 support teams and follow up until closure.
- Provide Level 1 support for CCTV systems, including monitoring recording functionality and online accessibility.
- Assist with the setup, configuration, and maintenance of IT infrastructure at Directors' offices and residences.
- Ensure timely response and resolution of support requests while maintaining high service standards.
- Maintain proper documentation of incidents, service requests, and IT assets.

Required Skills

- Solid knowledge of macOS administration, troubleshooting, and support.
- Hands-on experience with Apple ecosystem devices (MacBook, iPhone, iPad, Apple ID, iCloud, etc.).
- Good understanding of computer hardware, networking, CCTV systems, and mobile technology.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 applications and email configuration.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with professionalism.
- Willingness to travel within Pune and visit residential locations whenever required.
