IT Support & Network Executive

As the IT Support & Network Executive, you will be responsible for managing the building’s IT infrastructure, network, servers, connectivity, and day-to-day technical support. You will ensure reliable, secure, and uninterrupted IT operations for the building while coordinating with users, facility teams, vendors, and service providers.

About the Role

- Manage and maintain LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, switches, routers, firewalls, and network infrastructure.
- Manage servers, storage, backups, system availability, and routine maintenance.
- Monitor network and server performance and promptly resolve connectivity and system issues.
- Configure and troubleshoot IP addressing, VLANs, network devices, and user access.
- Coordinate with ISPs and external IT service providers for connectivity and technical issues.
- Provide day-to-day IT support for building management, users, and operational teams.
- Maintain IT hardware, network equipment, servers, UPS systems, and related infrastructure.
- Support CCTV, access control, intercom, BMS, and other technology systems in coordination with relevant vendors.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, endpoint security, antivirus, and access controls.
- Ensure regular data backup, recovery readiness, and basic IT security practices.
- Maintain network diagrams, IP records, server configurations, asset registers, and technical documentation.
- Coordinate AMC vendors, system integrators, and IT service providers.
- Troubleshoot outages, hardware failures, network disruptions,



and other critical IT issues.
- Support IT infrastructure upgrades, expansions, and new technology deployments.
- Prepare IT maintenance, incident, asset, and system status reports.

About You

- B.E./B.Tech/BCA/MCA/Diploma in Computer Science, IT, Networking, or a related field.
- 4–8 years of experience in IT infrastructure, networking, server administration, or IT support.
- Solid knowledge of LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, VLANs, switches, routers, firewalls, and Wi-Fi.
- Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux servers, backups, storage, and system monitoring.
- Knowledge of IT security, access management, antivirus, and endpoint protection.
- Experience in commercial buildings, corporate offices, hotels, data centres, or large facilities is preferred.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in vendor and AMC management.
- Good documentation and reporting skills with working knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.
- Ability to independently manage IT infrastructure and respond effectively to critical technical issues.
