We are Looking for 4+ years of experienced candidates with minimum 3 years in any payments like IMPS, NACH etc. in banking or product companies

Role & responsibilities

- He/She should have good understanding of Multi currency flow, formats, error code, etc.
- The person should in hands on in checking logs, queries, etc.
- Ability to setup conditions and use monitoring tools like Graphana, DT, etc.
- Understanding of cloud (ASW, VMware, etc.) and containerized technology (HP, RHel, etc.), should be managing PODs
- Good Analytical skills in understanding and explaining end to end payment journey.
- Ability to address issues/provide workaround considering cutoff, Ops limitation and client impact, while working on solution.




- Ability to own and managing payment product journey end to end from issue perspective.
- ITIL framework/process oriented by following incident, problem, and change management process.
- Preferably with Banking / NBFC / Fintech exposure on payment services.
- Adaptable to step in and address issues even during non-business hours/holidays.
- The person should be well verse with standard process on RH, OCP, Jboss, Oracle, Java, DT, etc
