Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end recruitment and closure for IT & niche technology positions.
- Source candidates for specialized roles across Software, Cloud, DevOps, Data, AI/ML, Cybersecurity and other emerging technologies.
- Use Boolean Search, X-Ray Search, advanced keyword techniques and job-portal filters to identify relevant candidates.
- Effectively utilize Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter and other job portals, databases and sourcing platforms.
- Understand complex technical JDs and translate requirements into effective sourcing strategies.
- Conduct technical profile screening, candidate qualification and initial evaluation.
- Build and maintain high-quality talent pipelines for current and upcoming client mandates.
- Manage candidate engagement, interview coordination, follow-ups and offer-to-joining conversion.
- Take ownership of TAT, closures, joining ratios and recruitment targets.
- Maintain accurate recruitment trackers,
ATS/CRM records and daily activity reports.
- Work closely with the hiring/client team to understand requirements, feedback and profile suitability.
- Handle multiple niche requirements simultaneously while maintaining sourcing quality and closure timelines.
Required Skills & Experience 13 years of experience in IT / Technical Recruitment or Staffing
Hands-on experience in niche IT profile sourcing and closures
Strong expertise in Boolean Search & X-Ray Search
Good working knowledge of Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter and advanced job-portal search features
Ability to understand technical skills, job descriptions and technology stacks
Solid candidate screening and assessment capability
Proven ability to convert sourced profiles into interviews, offers and joinings
Excellent communication, negotiation and candidate engagement skills
Ability to work on multiple requirements and strict closure timelines
Target-oriented with strong ownership and follow-through

We are looking for a Core IT Recruiter / Technical Recruiter who can independently handle niche technology mandates, identify hard-to-find candidates through advanced sourcing techniques and drive the recruitment process from requirement understanding sourcing screening interview offer joining.
Candidates with proven experience in niche IT hiring and consistent closure performance will be preferred.
