IT Product Owner Zoho-IM: Your mission is to implement IM services necessary to manage the life cycle of the Zoho product. The first focus will be the My Portfolio and Project Management portfolio’s Zoho product. You will contribute to build and operate a core business product aiming at project management solutions.

Zoho Projects is a cloud-based project management software that helps teams to plan, track, collaborate and achieve project goals. An effective project management software helps you organize your work, communicate with your team, and achieve your project goals. It's a hassle-free tool that has a simple, easy-to-use interface.

The candidate will start to put in place all operational processes, methods and means to operate the business applications that are contained within the Zoho product. He/she will be in strong collaboration with the EU based Product Manager and Business Owner of the given business application.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Hands on experience in configuring/managing Zoho and its different modules like Zoho Projects, Sprint etc
- Identify and define business problems
- Identify reasonable KPIs in business context
- Create meaningful conclusions which influence design on business processes, products and production facilities, finally on business strategies
- Coach & guide multiple teams(co-located/distributed) with Agile/Lean practices to deliver value to the customers
- Effectively guide the sprint ceremonies to consistently achieve the sprint goals
- Maintain focus on product backlog and goal
- Elaborate vision and give meaning to businesses and IM teams on planning data analytics




- Ensuring that the team follows required quality standards and practices
- Building a trusting and safe environment where problems can be raised without fear of blame, retribution, or being judged, with an emphasis of healing and problem solving
- Elaborate the product strategy and backlog definition in line with business and IM requirements, Support the product life cycle from idea to retirement following the results in term of Time, Cost and Quality (in particular to reach operational targets as SLA), it includes the RUN mode
- Work in an effective self-organized team (MFT multi-functional team) permitting right performance among skills & competencies, well-being and engagement
- Be ready to challenge any partners following the vision and the business value
- Ensure product continuous improvement and innovation process managing risks & opportunities
- Advocates the product to customers and leads communication efforts toward consumers when relevant
- Fully support RUN mode and enhancements for the product.
- As a product owner, he/she will be successful for roadmap definition and play a critical role in the success of the product




- Support the right product architecture to reach business value and IM effective integration and RUN (in particular technological dependencies with other IM platforms and services)
- Support the product service delivery toward internal and external providers
- Helping the Product owner in backlog management, prioritization and stakeholder management Regularly collect, monitor and analyze the metrics to improve product and team
- Helping scrum team to remove impediments and risks
- Managing and de escalating conflicts in team
- Facilitating discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution

Good To Have (Preferred Partner Expertise)

- Knowledge of industrial planning and/or Aircraft systems would be a plus
- Already experienced working in remote with colleagues based in EU is a plus
- Take the advantage of digital capabilities to develop the product (UX User Experience, big data, advanced analytics, 3D data, ...)
- Ensure right change management link to new proposed functional planning calculation
- Support the execution of the product roadmap following Agile practices (Scrum and SAFe when relevant)
- Run prototypes to mature an idea and validate the value (business and IM)

Experience: 7-10 Years Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
