Ai+ Smartphone is looking for a Technical Recruiter to join our growing HR team in Noida.
What youll be responsible for:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for Software/ Engineering roles
- Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and talent needs
- Source and attract candidates through candidate search portals & other channels
- Screen candidates for technical skills, experience and cultural fit
- Coordinate technical interviews and manage the recruitment pipeline
- Drive offer discussions, closures and joining follow-ups
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future requirements
- Maintain recruitment MIS and ensure timely closure of open positions
