Experience- 4-8 years in IT Governance, IT Compliance, Information Security, or Technology Risk within BFSI.

Role Details: The IT GRC Manager supports the banks compliance with the RBIs Master Direction on Information Technology Governance, Risk, Controls and Assurance Practices by executing governance, risk assessment, compliance monitoring, reporting, and control assurance activities across technology functions.

Overall :

- Assist in implementing the RBImandated IT Governance Framework, including strategic alignment and risk oversight.
- Facilitate internal and external IS audits as per RBI requirements, including evidence compilation and audit followups.
- Prepare compliance dashboards, regulatory submissions, and senior management reports.
- Support documentation and maintenance of policies, charters, and committee decks for IT Strategy and IT Steering Committees.
- Ensure compliance with controls on IT service delivery and project/change/patch management.
- Validate adherence to data migration controls, audit trails, cryptographic controls, and access control standards.




- Assist in ongoing assessment of IT risks as per RBI requirements.
- Track control weakness remediation, and maintain risk registers.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Compliance score against RBI Master Direction requirements.
- Timely completion of risk assessments and audit actions.
- Adherence to Technology process, Effective collaboration with technical teams.
- Timeliness and accuracy of regulatory submissions.

Preferred certifications: ISO 27001 LA/LI, ITIL, CISA, Security , CRISC (entry-level).
