IT Executive – Regenta Central Cassia, Zirakpur

Job Summary:

We are looking for an IT Executive to manage day-to-day IT operations and provide technical support across the hotel.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide IT support and troubleshoot hardware, software, network and connectivity issues.
- Maintain computers, printers, POS, PMS, HRMS and other hotel IT systems.
- Manage LAN, Wi-Fi, internet and basic network infrastructure.
- Maintain CCTV, access control and other IT-related systems.
- Coordinate with vendors for IT maintenance and technical support.
- Maintain IT assets, backups, software updates and documentation.
- Support IT requirements for meetings, conferences and hotel events.
- Ensure smooth IT operations with minimum downtime.

Requirements:





- Diploma/Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science or related field.
- Good knowledge of hardware, networking and Windows/MS Office.
- Robust troubleshooting and communication skills.
- Hotel IT experience will be an added advantage.
- Willingness to work in shifts as per hotel requirements.
