We are looking for an experienced IP Manager to oversee inpatient billing operations in a hospital. The role involves managing billing processes, ensuring accuracy and timely submission of bills, coordinating with internal departments, and maintaining compliance with hospital policies and procedures.

Qualifications

- Minimum 10 years of experience in hospital billing.

- Strong experience in inpatient (IP) billing operations.

- Valuable knowledge of hospital billing processes and documentation.

- Strong communication, coordination, and team-management skills.

- Ability to handle billing-related issues and resolve discrepancies efficiently.

Responsibilities

- Manage and supervise inpatient billing operations.

- Ensure accurate and timely preparation of patient bills.

- Coordinate with doctors, nursing, insurance,



and other hospital departments.

- Monitor billing documentation and identify discrepancies.

- Handle patient and insurance-related billing queries.

- Ensure compliance with hospital billing policies and procedures.

- Monitor billing team performance and workflow.

- Prepare and review billing reports and maintain proper records.

- Support timely claim submission and follow-up where applicable.

- Resolve billing issues and coordinate with relevant departments for corrections.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
