Role & responsibilities

1. Contro on recipts on incoming raw materials, BOR & BOSF parts.
2. Ensure proper loading and unloading of vehicles / consignments.
3. Ensure proper storage and preservation of materials.
4. Control on issues of materials & ensure FIFO
5. Despatch of materials to subcontractors for processing/job-work.
6. Proper maintenance of all the records of receipts, issues, & balances in hand in the ERP.

7)Manage the cycle counting programme & ensure the invetory accuracy. 8)Monitoring/re-conciliation of system stock vs physical stock through periodic audit.

9)Ensure 5-S conditions in the stores department.

10)Monitoring of shelf-life items

11)Responsible for interaction with internal/external auditors, bank auditors

12)To facilitate physical stock taking from time to time by management

13)Subcontracting continuous monitoring of processes established with vendor, conversion norms, scraped material and proper records of despatches,



receipts and balances with subcontractor.

14)Close monitoring & control of inventory using various tools and techniques like ABC analysis, inventories turnover ratio, minimum/maximum level set up etc

1. Slow moving/non-moving inventories identification, Age-wise analysis & its disposal action.

16)Knowledge of GST, E-way bill and related return 18)Knowledge of ISO 9000 / IATF 16949 standards

19)Experience of working on ERP, Microsoft office (word/excel/power point)

20)MIS report generation and update the top management
