Role & responsibilities

- Provide first-level technical support to clients using the Thingsup enterprise IoT platform.

- Troubleshoot and resolve customer queries related to IoT devices, hardware connectivity, and platform configurations.

- Assist in onboarding new clients by helping them connect and provision their assets on the low-code platform.

- Monitor connected devices and data ingestion pipelines to identify and proactively flag connectivity or data anomalies.

- Collaborate with the engineering and development teams to escalate complex technical bugs or hardware issues.

- Create and update technical documentation, FAQs, and troubleshooting guides for end-users.

- Assist in testing new hardware integrations, sensors, and platform features before they are deployed to customers.

Preferred candidate profile

- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Electronics & Telecommunication,



Computer Science, IT, or a related technical field.

- Fundamental understanding of IoT architecture, sensors, gateways, and cloud computing.

- Familiarity with common IoT communication protocols (e.g., MQTT, HTTP/HTTPS, TCP/IP) and networking basics.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a knack for diagnosing technical issues.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively assist enterprise clients.

- A self-starter with a solid willingness to learn about low-code IoT solutions and enterprise digital transformation.

- Prior academic projects or hands-on experience with IoT hardware (Raspberry Pi, Arduino, ESP32) is a plus
