Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage investor relationships, including regular communication through meetings, calls, and emails.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Finance, Legal, Compliance) to ensure smooth deal execution.
- Develop and maintain solid relationships with limited partners (LPs), general partners (GPs), and other stakeholders.
- Negotiate term sheets and deal documents with LPs and GPs.
- Oversee portfolio company management activities such as financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting.
- Convert matured and prized chit customers into investment customers by promoting the company's investment products.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve investment and deposit business targets.
- Lead, guide, and motivate the investment team to maximize performance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with HNIs, corporate clients, and key stakeholders.
- Coordinate with Sales, Operations, and Marketing teams to achieve business objectives.
- Conduct regular training and mentoring programs for the investment team.
- Prepare and present business performance reports and MIS to management.
