Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Inventory Manager to oversee inventory operations, maintain accurate stock records, ensure timely availability of materials, and optimize inventory levels. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating with procurement, warehouse, sales, and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day inventory and stock operations.
- Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment.
- Maintain accurate inventory records in ERP/software systems.
- Conduct regular physical stock audits and cycle counts.
- Identify stock discrepancies, shortages, damages, and excess inventory.
- Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams for material movement.
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and organization of inventory.
- Prepare inventory reports, MIS, and stock movement reports.




- Monitor inventory turnover and minimize obsolete/dead stock.
- Ensure compliance with company inventory policies and procedures.
- Lead and supervise warehouse/inventory staff where applicable.
- Support month-end and year-end stock reconciliation.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of inventory management and warehouse operations.
- Valuable understanding of stock reconciliation and inventory control.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems .
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple inventory activities efficiently.
