About the Role

Ambika Iron & Minerals is looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Inventory Manager to manage and monitor inventory operations, stock movement, material records, and field-level inventory activities.

The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of relevant experience and be comfortable working in a field setting while maintaining accurate stock records and coordinating with different teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day inventory and stock-related activities.
- Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing materials.
- Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment when required.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconciliation.
- Track material movement between sites, warehouses, and other locations.
- Coordinate with purchase, operations, transport, and accounts teams.
- Maintain proper documentation for material receipts, issues, transfers, and returns.
- Identify discrepancies between physical stock and records and report them to management.
- Ensure proper storage, handling, and identification of materials.
- Monitor damaged, excess, shortage,



or obsolete stock.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
- Maintain inventory data using Excel or inventory management software.
- Conduct regular field/site visits for stock verification and monitoring.
- Ensure company inventory procedures and controls are properly followed.

Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in inventory, warehouse, stores, logistics, mining, minerals, construction, or a related industry.
- Good knowledge of stock management and inventory control.
- Strong coordination and record-keeping skills.
- Basic to good knowledge of MS Excel and inventory records.
- Ability to conduct physical stock counting and reconciliation.
- Comfortable with field work and local travel.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Should be organized, responsible, and detail-oriented.
- Experience with inventory/ERP software will be an added advantage.
- A valid driving license would be an added advantage.

Compensation ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month, depending on experience, skills, and suitability for the role.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
