Job Title: Inventory Manager

Location: Navi Mumbai

Experience: 3+ Years

Notice Period: Immediate Joiner Preferred

Job Responsibilities

Manage daily inventory and stock movement.

Monitor stock levels, inward and outward transactions.

Maintain accurate inventory records in SAP Business One (SAP B1).

Conduct regular stock reconciliation and identify discrepancies.

Coordinate with warehouse, purchase, sales and accounts teams.

Prepare inventory reports and maintain proper documentation.

Ensure proper stock tracking, storage and inventory control.

Monitor slow-moving, damaged and excess stock.

Qualifications

Graduate in any discipline; relevant qualification in Supply Chain, Logistics or Inventory Management is preferred.

Hands-on experience with SAP Business One (SAP B1) is mandatory.

3+ years of experience in inventory/warehouse management.

Valuable knowledge of stock reconciliation and inventory processes.

Strong Excel and reporting skills.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Experience in perishable fruits, fresh produce, FMCG or cold-chain inventory will be preferred.

Immediate joiners preferred.
