We're looking for a detail-oriented Inventory & Operations Executive to manage inventory controls and support day-to-day operational activities across our Hospitals. This role is central to improving accuracy, transparency, and efficiency covering audits, data tracking, price monitoring, and process compliance.

What You'll Do

- Manage inventory across doctor boxes and clinics

- Conduct weekly inventory audits with proper documentation

- Track inventory prices, vendor comparisons, and price updates

- Monitor daily swipe data (POS/clinic billing) and pricing changes

- Maintain consumables and injection tracking; support product optimization and inventory accuracy

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports

- Monitor expiry dates and ensure near-expiry stock movement or alerts

- Minimize expired stock losses through proactive tracking

- Coordinate with vendors on stock issues, pricing discrepancies, and replacements

- Support the procurement team with data for re-ordering

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
