We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Inventory & Dispatch Executive to manage product inventory, stock movement, dispatch, and coordination with dealers, customers, and internal service teams.

The role will primarily handle inventory of fusion splicing machines, spare parts, accessories, and service-related products at Ilsintech Trading India Pvt. Ltd.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day inventory of fusion splicing machines, spare parts, accessories, tools, and service items
- Maintain accurate stock records for incoming, outgoing, and returned materials
- Prepare and manage dispatch of products to dealers, customers, branch offices, and service locations
- Coordinate with sales, service, accounts, and logistics teams for timely dispatch and stock movement
- Track stock issued for customer demonstrations, field testing, repair, and service purposes
- Maintain records of machines and parts sent to customers, dealers, and service centers
- Monitor stock levels and report low-stock or urgent replenishment requirements
- Support the A/S and service team in managing spare parts and repaired/replacement units
- Coordinate with dealers and customers regarding dispatch status, pending material, and return of products when required
- Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile inventory records




- Maintain proper documentation including delivery challans, invoices, stock transfer records, and dispatch documents
- Update inventory data in Excel or company ERP/system
- Assist management with periodic inventory and dispatch reports
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and identification of all products and spare parts

Requirements

- 2–5 years of experience in inventory, warehouse, dispatch, logistics, or stock management
- Positive knowledge of MS Excel and basic computer applications
- Ability to maintain accurate records and documentation
- Experience in handling technical products, electronics, telecom equipment, tools, or spare parts will be preferred
- Good coordination and communication skills
- Ability to communicate in English and Hindi
- Responsible, organized, and able to work independently
- Experience working with dealers, distributors, service centers, or B2B customers will be an advantage

Preferred Background Candidates with experience in telecom, fiber optic, electronics, electrical equipment, industrial tools, or technical service companies will be preferred.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
