Role Description This full-time International Voice Process role is an on-site position based in Mumbai. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls with international customers, addressing queries, providing information, and resolving issues in a timely and skilled manner. The team member will follow standard operating procedures, document interactions accurately, and escalate complex cases when required.

Daily responsibilities include maintaining call quality, meeting performance targets,



adhering to compliance and data security standards, and collaborating with colleagues and supervisors to improve customer experience. The role also requires working in rotational shifts aligned with international time zones, as per business requirements.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication skills, including fluent spoken English and clear call-handling abilities.

- Customer Service skills to manage queries, resolve concerns, and ensure a positive customer experience.

- Sales and basic Finance understanding to support cross-selling, up-selling, or billing-related discussions where applicable.

- Analytical Skills to interpret customer issues, identify root causes, and follow logical steps to resolution.

- Ability to work comfortably in an on-site, target-driven environment with rotational shifts.

- Prior experience in international voice processes or BPO/call center operations is preferred.

- Proficiency with computer systems, CRM tools, and basic MS Office applications.

- Minimum educational qualification of higher secondary/graduate level; higher education is an advantage.
