Job Overview

We are looking for confident and target-oriented candidates to join our International Voice Sales Process in Coimbatore. The candidate will be responsible for communicating with international customers, understanding their requirements, promoting products/services, and converting leads into sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound calls with international customers.
- Communicate with customers professionally and understand their requirements.
- Explain products/services and highlight their benefits.
- Generate and follow up on sales leads.
- Convert potential leads into successful sales.
- Handle customer queries, objections, and concerns effectively.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate customer and call records.
- Update customer information in the CRM/system.
- Follow company sales processes, scripts, and quality standards.




- Build and maintain positive customer relationships.

Eligibility & Skills
- Excellent English communication skills are mandatory.
- Good verbal communication and convincing skills.
- Comfortable speaking with international customers.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Good listening and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Candidates with experience in International BPO, Voice Process, Telecalling, Telesales, Inside Sales, or Customer Service will be preferred.
