We are hiring International Voice Process Executives to handle inbound and outbound calls from international customers. You will resolve queries, provide product and service information, and deliver a professional customer experience.

This role suits candidates with excellent spoken English, clear neutral communication, and confidence on international calls. Experienced candidates are preferred. Freshers with exceptional communication skills, especially multilingual candidates, may also apply.

Role & responsibilities

1. Handle inbound and outbound calls from international customers
2. Understand customer needs and provide accurate solutions
3. Resolve queries, complaints, and service requests on the first call wherever possible
4. Maintain a professional, polite, and empathetic tone at all times
5. Record call details and update customer information in the CRM
6.



Meet daily and monthly targets for quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction
7. Follow company scripts, compliance guidelines, and escalation procedures
8. Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues

Preferred candidate profile

1. Excellent verbal English communication (neutral accent preferred)
2. Additional languages (Hindi, Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam) are a robust advantage
3. Active listening and effective questioning
4. Problem-solving and objection handling
5. Customer service and telecalling experience
6. CRM and computer skills (MS Office, typing)
7. Ability to stay calm under pressure and handle difficult customers
