To grow export business . Business Development for new accounts and management of current through planning, coordinating and trouble-shooting to resolve issues including regulatory compliances.

Educational Qualification Required: B.Tech/B.E.

Experience Required : 7 to 10 years of Experience in dealing with developed overseas markets like US, EU.

- Ensure right regulatory compliances are mapped and complied with for all customers in respective regions

2 Customer satisfaction

- Reviews execution of orders and works towards removing of bottlenecks

- Ensures vol and NPR Targets are met
- Ensuring all compliances are adhered to in execution of orders
- New customers developed
- Ensures NPAs are within control

4 Achieve Budgeted Plan

- Sustain existing business & add new customers and volumes
- Secure approvals for Product
- Strengthen relationship with large customers and distributors
- Continuously update market and competition activities and implement suitable action
- Identify and Develop recent customers in assigned overseas markets

5 Right price realization

- Track competitor prices globally and price our product accordingly
- Create right positioning in the minds of customers for our Propellant and Refrigerants.
- Create lock in for propellants by getting our DMF defined in customer formulations so as to get premium
