Customer Support Executive

We are hiring Customer Support Executives to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle customer queries through voice support.
- Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions.
- Maintain a qualified and customer-focused approach.
- Follow process guidelines and quality standards.
- Ensure a positive customer experience.

Eligibility:

- Graduation is mandatory.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Good customer-handling and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts.

Salary & Benefits:

- ₹20,100 Fixed + Attractive Incentives
- Night Allowance up to ₹3,000
- 5 Working Days + 2 Week-Offs
