Shift: Rotational Shifts

Working Days: 5.5 Days Working | Rotational Week Offs

Key Responsibilities

- Handle international customer queries through Chats
- Deliver quick, skilled, and customer-focused resolutions
- Provide support for e-commerce electronics-related concerns
- Maintain high customer satisfaction and service quality standards
- Build positive customer relationships through effective communication
- Use company tools and processes to provide accurate solutions

Desired Candidate Profile

- Excellent spoken & written English communication skills (C1 preferred)




- Strong customer handling and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable in Chat process
- Positive attitude with strong learning mindset
- Team player with professional communication skills

Eligibility Criteria

- Undergraduate / Graduate candidates can apply
- Minimum 6 months of customer support/client servicing experience preferred
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome
