Job Summary

We are hiring experienced International Chat Support Executives for a non-voice customer support process. The role involves assisting international customers through chat, resolving their queries, and ensuring a high-quality customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries and concerns through international chat support.
- Provide accurate and timely resolutions while maintaining a skilled tone.
- Understand customer requirements and troubleshoot issues effectively.
- Maintain required quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction standards.
- Document customer interactions and update relevant information in the system.
- Follow company policies, process guidelines, and data-security standards.

Eligibility & Requirements





- Minimum 1 year of experience in International Customer Support Chat/Non-Voice Process.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Strong typing, comprehension, and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts and rotational week-offs.
- Candidates who can join immediately or at short notice are preferred.
