n4. Decor selection: Choose artwork, accessories, textiles, and rugs.

n5. Color scheme development: Create harmonious color palettes.

n6. Budgeting : Design within customer budget to bring closure

n7. Client communication: Provide regular updates and ensure client satisfaction.

n8. To own the Sales funnel & drive Sales Closure.

n9.To lead and own quality & accuracy of design deliverables
