Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Interior Designer role based in Hyderabad.

The Interior

Designer will be responsible for developing design concepts, preparing space plans, and collaborating on architecture and interior layouts aligned with client requirements and project scope. Day-to-day tasks include creating detailed construction drawings, selecting FF&E; (furniture, fixtures, and equipment), and coordinating with vendors, contractors, and site teams to ensure quality execution. The role involves meeting clients to understand their needs, presenting design proposals and mood boards,



monitoring project progress in office, and ensuring designs are delivered within timelines and budget.

The Interior

Designer will also help maintain consistency in design standards and contribute to continuous improvement of studio processes and client experience.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Space Planning and Interior Design to create functional, aesthetic layouts tailored to client needs.
- Ability to develop accurate Construction Drawings and technical documentation for execution and coordination with contractors.
- Experience in FF&E; selection, including materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and accessories that align with design concepts and budgets.
- Proficiency in design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar tools), and familiarity with presentation tools such as PowerPoint or design boards.
- Strong visualisation, conceptualisation, and detailing skills, with an eye for colour, proportion, and materials.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with clients, vendors, contractors, and internal teams on-site.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and maintain quality under time and resource constraints.
- A degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field, and prior experience in residential or commercial interior projects is preferred.
