About the Role

Crafted Haven – By Broachwala Private Limited is looking for enthusiastic, creative, and detail-oriented Interior Designers, Freshers, and Interns to join our team.

The selected candidate will work on residential interior projects, including modular kitchens, wardrobes, living rooms, TV units, false ceilings, and other interior elements. The role provides practical exposure to design development, client coordination, material selection, site execution, and live projects.

Candidates with 0–3 years of experience are welcome to apply. Freshers and interns with basic design knowledge and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand client requirements and assist in developing suitable interior design concepts.
- Prepare 2D layouts, furniture plans, elevations, and detailed drawings.
- Create 3D designs, views, and design presentations for residential projects.
- Assist in designing modular kitchens, wardrobes, TV units, living rooms, bedrooms, and other interior spaces.
- Prepare material selections, colour combinations, finishes, and hardware suggestions.
- Coordinate with the CRE, senior designers, site engineers, and production team.
- Attend client discussions and incorporate design changes based on client and senior designer feedback.




- Visit project sites when required to understand site measurements and existing conditions.
- Coordinate with the site team to ensure the approved design is properly executed.
- Assist with material and finish selections based on project requirements.
- Maintain project drawings, presentations, and design-related documents.
- Complete assigned drawings and designs within the required timelines.
- Learn and understand practical aspects of interior materials and site execution.

Skills Required
- Basic to good knowledge of AutoCAD.
- Knowledge of SketchUp, V-Ray, Enscape, or other 3D software is an added advantage.
- Basic understanding of residential interior design and space planning.
- Knowledge of modular kitchens, wardrobes, TV units, false ceilings, and other interior elements is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of interior materials, finishes, colours, and hardware.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Creative approach and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn and develop practical interior design skills.
- Willingness to visit project sites when required.

Eligibility
- Diploma / Degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, Architecture,



or a related field.
- Final-year students, interns, fresh graduates, and candidates with 1–3 years of experience can apply.
- Candidates with basic knowledge of AutoCAD and interior design are encouraged to apply.

Compensation
- Interns: Stipend/compensation will be discussed based on internship duration and requirements.
- Freshers: Starting salary ₹10,000 per month.
- Experienced candidates (1–3 years): Salary will be based on experience, skills, software knowledge, and interview performance.
- Future salary revisions will be based on performance, skills, and learning progress.
