About the Role

We are looking for a creative and technically robust Interior Designer & 3D Visualizer who can transform design concepts into detailed interior designs, 3D models, and high-quality photorealistic visualizations.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of 3ds Max, interior design principles, materials, lighting, furniture detailing, and space planning. Experience in premium residential and commercial interiors will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop interior design concepts based on client requirements and project briefs.
- Prepare 2D layouts, furniture plans, ceiling plans, elevations, and detailed drawings.
- Create detailed 3D models and photorealistic interior renders.
- Develop designs using 3ds Max and relevant rendering software.
- Prepare realistic material, texture, lighting, and furniture presentations.
- Convert design concepts, mood boards, and references into 3D visualizations.
- Coordinate with architects, site supervisors, project managers, and execution teams.
- Make design modifications based on client feedback and project requirements.
- Prepare presentation drawings and design proposals for client meetings.
- Ensure that designs are practical, aesthetically appealing, and execution-friendly.
- Visit project sites when required to understand site conditions and coordinate design execution.
- Maintain proper design documentation and project files.
- Ensure designs are completed within agreed timelines.

Required Skills

Must Have

- Strong knowledge of 3ds Max.
- Good understanding of interior design and space planning.
- Ability to create accurate and detailed 3D models.
- Ability to produce high-quality interior renders.
- Good knowledge of materials, textures, lighting, furniture,



and finishes.
- Understanding of working drawings and interior detailing.
- Good knowledge of AutoCAD.

Preferred:
- Expertise in 3ds Max + V-Ray/Corona Renderer.
- Knowledge of SketchUp, Photoshop, Revit, or other design software.
- Experience with premium residential interiors.
- Experience in turnkey interior/construction projects.
- Knowledge of current interior design trends and materials.

Candidate Profile
- Creative with a strong eye for aesthetics and detail.
- Good understanding of proportions, colours, materials, and lighting.
- Strong visualization and presentation skills.
- Ability to understand client requirements and convert them into designs.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple projects.
- Practical understanding of how designs are executed at site.
- Willingness to learn and take ownership of projects.

- Quality and accuracy of 3D visualizations.
- Design turnaround time.
- Accuracy of drawings and specifications.
- Client approval rate.
- Number of design revisions.
- Coordination quality with execution teams.
- Adherence to project timelines.
- Design quality and practicality.

Qualification Education: Diploma/Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Fine Arts, or a related field.

Experience

2–5 years of relevant experience in interior design and 3D visualization.

Candidates with strong 3ds Max + V-Ray/Corona portfolios will be given preference.

Salary

₹25,000 – ₹50,000 per month, depending on experience, skills, portfolio, and software proficiency.
