Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Interior Design Sales role based in the Pune Division.

The Interior Design

Sales professional will consult with clients to understand their needs, present design concepts, and recommend suitable furniture and space planning solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include meeting clients in the showroom or on-site, preparing proposals and quotations, coordinating with the design and installation teams, and following up to ensure client satisfaction. The role involves managing the sales pipeline, maintaining product knowledge, and contributing to visual merchandising and showroom displays. The candidate will also handle basic documentation, maintain accurate records in the CRM or sales system, and collaborate with colleagues to meet revenue and customer experience goals.





Qualifications

- Solid customer service and client relationship skills, with the ability to listen, understand requirements, and provide clear, helpful guidance.
- Practical knowledge of interior design and space planning, including understanding layout, aesthetics, and functional use of residential or commercial spaces.
- Sales and negotiation skills, with experience in consultative selling and closing deals in a showroom or project-based environment.
- Familiarity with furniture products, finishes, and materials, and the ability to recommend options that suit client needs and budgets.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written, and comfort interacting with a wide range of clients and stakeholders.
- Ability to work on-site in Pune Division, manage time effectively, and handle multiple client projects concurrently.
- Basic proficiency with design tools or software (e.g., SketchUp, AutoCAD, or similar) and standard office applications (e.g., email, spreadsheets) is an advantage.
- Prior experience in interior design, furniture retail, or related fields, and a diploma or degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related discipline is preferred.
