Key Responsibilities

Sales

- Make outbound calls to digital and existing leads for life insurance products

- Handle inbound inquiries received through digital channels

- Explain life insurance plans including Term Insurance, Endowment, ULIP, Savings, and Retirement plans

- Understand customer financial needs and suggest suitable life insurance solutions

- Close sales through telephonic and digital modes

Relationship Management

- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients

- Ensure timely renewals, premium follow-ups, and policy servicing

- Cross-sell and up-sell life insurance products to existing customers

- Act as a single point of contact for customer queries and support

Digital Operations

- Assist customers with online proposal forms, documentation, and policy issuance

- Work on insurer portals, CRM systems, and digital sales platforms

- Maintain accurate customer and sales records in CRM systems

Compliance & Targets:

- Achieve assigned call, sales, and retention targets

- Ensure adherence to IRDAI guidelines and company policies





- Coordinate with internal teams and insurers for smooth policy processing

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in life insurance telecalling or relationship management

- Strong knowledge of life insurance products and sales processes

- Hands-on experience with digital insurance platforms, CRM tools, and insurer portals

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

- Ability to handle objections and close sales digitally

- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, email, WhatsApp, online tools)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
