Role & responsibilities

Job Objective:

To assist in performing daily tasks for ensuring smooth execution of activities related to Insurance operations (renewals, claims, invoice processing, co-ordination and delivering in a timely manner as per standard practices followed internally.

Job Responsibilties:

Insurance Operations

Assisting in performing Insurance Renewals related to Property, Motor, Marine, Liability, Health, Misc.

Assisting in Claims Management (Documentation, Filing, Coordination, Follow-ups).

Assisting in collection of Tax Invoices / Policies from Brokers / Insurance Companies & forwarding to Accounts Team for invoice booking in SAP, Follow-up for uploaded Approvals.

Assisting in collecting and processing data / information in line with the departmental requirements as and when necessary, internally as well as from external stakeholders.

Informing & process streamlining in case of deviation from the existing standard practices related to Insurance

Drive a performance driven culture in the organization in a disciplined manner.

Preferred candidate profile

Qualification Criteria- BCOM/MCOM

Experience- 3-8years
